Any standardized tests your student has taken should be listed here. These include annual tests like the IOWA, aptitude tests like the SAT or the ACT, and college entrance exams.

For each test, enter a name and score. The data may be entered in any format you choose. Some examples are:

SAT — August, 2003 — 1350
ACT — January, 2001 — ENG 27, MAT 20, READ 28, SCI 27, COMP 26
IOWA Basic — July, 2005 — Core Total 98, COMP 97
